Shopping Process

Step 1: Choose Your Favorite Products

Step 2: Select Size and Add to Cart

After choosing your product, please select the correct size, click "Buy Now".
If you are unsure about size, please contact us before placing the order. Our team will help you choose the most suitable size based on your needs.

Step 3: Fill in Your Shipping Information

Please enter your full shipping address, contact information, and email address carefully at checkout.
Your contact information is very important because we will use it to confirm your order details, send QC photos, and provide your tracking number after shipment.

Step 4: Complete Your Payment

Once your order information is complete, you can proceed with payment securely. After payment is confirmed, our team will start processing your order.
If you have any special requests, such as size notes, product details, or delivery requirements, please leave a note at checkout or contact our support team directly.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

After your successful payment, the customer service will send you an order information confirmation message via WhatsApp：+852 84143699 within 24 hours ( working day ) .
If all the information is correct, please reply with the message "Everything is correct".
If you haven't received the email, please check whether the email is in the junk mailbox.

Step 6: QC Photos Before Shipment

Before shipment, DripShoes will provide QC photos for your order by email or whatsapp within 2 working days.
If you think the shoes in the photo are perfect, please reply with the message "Everything is correct".
Some shoes may exceed the above time due to reasons such as out of stock.

Step 7: Shipment and Tracking Number

After you confirm QC, we will ship shoes. When we receive the tracking number from the courier company, the customer service will send you the shipping picture, tracking number and inquiry website via WhatsApp or email （Usually within 5-7 working days)
Usually it takes 8-18 working days to arrive after you confirm QC.
If the logistics has not been updated for a long time, , you can contact our customer service via WhatsApp to solve your problem
