Click "failed" when reviewing the QC, contact customer service, and provide the correct size. Customer service will correct the issue.

Contact customer service and provide the correct address before shipment.
After shipment: Wait for logistics updates and contact the carrier to correct the issue.
Delivery Failure: Contact customer service and provide the correct address. The package will be returned and re-delivered.
This process can take a long time, so please provide the correct address when placing your next order.
📦️D. Lost Package:
If your package is intercepted by customs or lost, contact us and we will re-ship it.
✈️E. Shipping Method:
DHL/UPS/Fedex. We currently use the fastest shipping methods.
No other methods are faster. No additional fees will be charged after successful payment. Do not trust anyone who asks for money.
